The only real comment I have for you is that the first paragraph of the extended outline, and therefore also the beginning of the short abstract could be much better. As you can see in the comments on the doc, I think you should tell your reader what the point is in the first two or three sentences. Right now there is a lot of throat clearing, before you explain what your aim/argument is. This should be fairly easy, just a matter of putting some of the text in the second half of your first paragraph nearer the beginning and then tidying things up. I guess the only other thing I would suggest if you want to keep working on it, is that maybe your ideas about collective intentionality could be brought out a bit more, just so the person reading has a proper idea of your more positive account. This second thing I think is optional though, especially if Enrico has okayed things. I am happy to look again if you would like me to. Sorry this is late...
