# Aruba Digital Signature (UNIGE) ## CRITICAL: Use Web Version, Not Desktop App **Always use the web interface at https://asol-unigenova.enterpriseatp.cloud/asonline/** The desktop ArubaSign app does NOT work reliably and may not allow visual signature placement. The web version (ASOL) has full functionality and requires no installation. ## Credentials - **Username**: nicholas.young - **Domain**: frUNIGE (entered in separate field, NOT appended to username) - **Password**: [your chosen password] - **OTP**: Generated by Aruba OTP app on phone **IMPORTANT**: On ASOL, username and domain are separate fields. Do NOT type "nicholas.young@frUNIGE" as a single string. ## How to Sign PDFs (PAdES Format) 1. Go to https://asol-unigenova.enterpriseatp.cloud/asonline/ 2. Upload your PDF document 3. Select **"Tipo di busta: PDF (PAdES)"** — NOT CAdES/P7M 4. Set **"Opzione di Firma: Sì"** to enable visual signature placement 5. Enter OTP from Aruba OTP app 6. Click Avanti and choose signature position PAdES format is required for UNIGE contracts and allows you to place the signature at a specific location on the document. ## Password Recovery If you forget your password: 1. You need your **Codice Utente** (User Code) 2. This was sent in an email from [email protected] with subject "Attiva la tua firma digitale remota" (sent June 2024) 3.
