# BSA Annual Conference 2026 **British Society of Aesthetics Annual Conference** ## Key Dates | | | |---|---| | **Abstract Deadline** | March 2, 2026 | | **Conference Dates** | September 11-13, 2026 | | **Location** | St Anne's College, Woodstock Road, Oxford | ## Submission Details ### Paper Submissions - **Abstract:** 200 words maximum - Must be prepared for anonymous review - All presentations delivered in person - You may submit a paper OR be on a panel, but not both ### Paper Word Limits - **Regular submissions:** 3,500 words (~30 min reading time) — students may not submit in this category - **Student submissions:** 2,500 words (~20-25 min reading time) — student stipend available (conference fees, accommodation, up to £500 travel) ### How to Submit - Email: [email protected] - Format: Word attachment - Include in email body: name, affiliation, submission status (Regular/Student), contact details - Indicate if willing to chair a session ### Notes - Childcare funding available for speakers - Abstracts without full papers, non-anonymous papers, and over-length papers will not be considered ### Symposia Proposals for symposia are invited in all areas of philosophical aesthetics, including: - Panels on particular themes - Author-meets-critics sessions - Other special sessions **Format:** Symposia last two hours (including discussion).
